Czech EET 2.0
Preparing your business for electronic sales reporting in Czechia.
Prepare your location
Where to find itยทSettings โ POS
- 1Confirm with your accountant whether your business and payment flows must be reported, and record any exemption and its legal basis.
- 2Choose the operating location in Settings โ POS. Check the venue country and review the linked official requirements.
- 3Record the authority-assigned taxpayer EIฤ and reporting-unit ID, choose a register prefix, and confirm whether tips belong to the business or employees.
- 4Record when the business assessment must be reviewed. Save the settings before uploading the matching reporting certificate (.p12 or .pfx).
- 5Upload the certificate and password through the application. The server encrypts private keys; never send them in support messages.
- 6Verify the connection. This sends a verification message, not a registered sale. Developer Playground is separate from live reporting.
- 7Enable reporting and save only when the released integration is qualified for your payment flows and every setup requirement is satisfied.
History, outages and corrections
Turning the switch off preserves history and pending submissions. It does not enroll you in the statutory EET OFF regime. Review submission status and contact support for rejected or review-required entries; a saved switch is not proof of acceptance.
After an outage, report without delay after recovery and within 48 hours of the original transaction. Keep overdue records for resolution. EET itself does not require receipt printing.
Availability and official rules
The government timetable lists DIS+ registration and reporting certificates from 1 November 2026 and ordinary EET operation from 1 January 2027. These are government dates, not a promised FlexiTill release date.
Payment, refund, card-cancellation and offline workflows still require release qualification. Vouchers, loyalty, Qerko, delegated reporting and foreign-currency valuation must not be assumed supported. Other countries are not yet covered by the in-app legal catalogue.
