| Orders / Sum | How many orders they have placed and what they have spent. |
| Reservations | How many bookings they have made. |
| Bonuses | Current loyalty balance. |
| Marketing | Consent status for marketing contact. |
| Last order | When they last visited. |
Marketing status reflects the consent the customer gave. Respect it when building campaigns — it is a legal record, not a preference.
