Tasks bring one-off jobs, scheduled work and recurring checks into a single list. Each task can be assigned, completed and reviewed, giving you a record of what was actually done on a shift.
Scheduled tasks used to live under Settings. They now live here — Settings → Scheduled Tasks redirects to this screen.
Prep sequences

A prep sequence is an ordered run of prep steps, each optionally tied to a recipe. Use them for opening routines, dough schedules or any repeated production run where order matters.
