Where to find it·Staff → Process Documentation
Process documents are your written procedures — cleaning routines, opening checks, equipment handling. Each is tagged with the areas it applies to so staff can filter to their own section.

| Title | The name of the procedure. |
| Applicable areas | Which sections or equipment areas it covers. |
| Status | Draft or published. |
| Updated | When it was last revised. |
Writing a procedure
Documents are structured into sections and subsections, and support images and video inline — useful for showing a machine being stripped down rather than describing it.
